} blade of grass {


I am a blade of grass
I am flimsy
I am weak

you can step on me
crush me flatten me down
and I will take it

after you get up and leave
you can look back and see
the impression you left on me

I will be bent
but not broken
time heals everything

if you watch you will see
your impression slowly fading away
as I stand up again
